“Mistechko” (meaning “small village” in Ukrainian) is a volunteer initiative that organises free art classes, language lessons and integration help for Ukrainians running away from the war.

We started it in April 2022, two months after Russia’s fullscale invasion in Ukraine. We created the project with two most amazing women — Olya Lyubchenko and Daria Hranenko, who are now my best friends.
